These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tretaion Technology ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the LoveBug dating application, website at lovebugdating.app, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using LoveBug in any manner, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.

To use LoveBug, you must register for an account using a valid mobile phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@lovebugdating.app of any unauthorized use of your account.
One Person, One Account: Each person may maintain only one active LoveBug account. Creating multiple accounts — including to evade a suspension or ban — is prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
Account Authenticity: You must use your real identity. Impersonating another person, celebrity, or entity is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense under applicable law.
LoveBug maintains a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy. The following behaviors are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account termination, report to law enforcement authorities where applicable, and potential civil or criminal liability:
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit through LoveBug ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
License Grant: By submitting User Content, you grant Tretaion Technology a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where shared content has been shared with others.
Content Moderation: We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, monitor, and remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability to you.
LoveBug offers optional premium subscription plans that provide enhanced features. All payment transactions for subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or our authorized payment gateway.
Billing: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the selected subscription period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings or app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Taxes: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/VAT). You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
The LoveBug name, logo, app design, code, graphics, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Tretaion Technology and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in legal action.
Your safety is our highest priority. LoveBug provides tools to help you stay safe:
We reserve the right — and have an obligation where legally required — to report illegal activity, including child exploitation, threats of violence, and fraud, to the appropriate law enforcement authorities (Indian Cybercrime Cell, National Commission for Women, etc.).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, TRETAION TECHNOLOGY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRETAION TECHNOLOGY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ₹1,000 (INR ONE THOUSAND) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tretaion Technology, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Your Right to Delete: You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations under applicable law.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction: You irrevocably agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at contact@lovebugdating.app. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Tretaion Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
